International cooperation of CSI and Poland continues

Since May 2009, the Moravian-Silesian Inspectorate of the CSI in Ostrava has worked closely with the Polish Kuratorium Osviety in Katowice. The common goal of the bilateral cooperation is not only to get familiar with the system and the current methodology of schools quality evaluation, but to find out also specifics of the foreign partner’s educational system.

In the framework of the Cooperation Agreement, the Polish inspectors set off twice a year for short internships in selected Czech schools. Twice a year, a team of Czech inspectors travels reciprocally to Poland. In October 2013, Czech school inspectors participated in inspection and evaluation activities in Katowice and Zabrze. In November 2013 there was a “joint inspection” in Polish Rybnik and Bielsko-Biale.
